Assesses five components of personal potential: engagement (the ability and willingness to actively work through difficult life situations), meaningfulness (how well formed and conscious the athlete's system of personal meaning is), independence (a drive toward independence in dealing with others, toward self-respect and behavioural flexibility), internality (how coherently the athlete perceives their life situation and how much personal responsibility they take for how it arose and unfolds), and positivity.
