Tests

Psychological tests for athletes, parents, and coaches

Test landing pages are open to search, while results stay private: save them to your personal account — just sign in or register.

How it works

  1. Pick a test

By topic or by situation: pre-competition nerves, burnout, motivation, relationship with the coach.

  2. Answer the questions

5–12 minutes on your phone. There are no right answers — reply the way things usually are for you.

  3. Get the analysis

AI puts the scales together and explains what the result means. The history is kept in your account.

  4. Discuss with a psychologist

If the result points to a lasting risk, book a session with a sport psychologist.

Frequently asked questions

Are the tests free?

Yes — taking a test and seeing the result is free. Only sessions with a specialist are paid.

Who can see my results?

Only you. Results are stored in your account; a psychologist sees them if you share access or come to a session.

Is this a medical diagnosis?

No. These are psychological questionnaires: they show your state and areas to watch, but they do not diagnose and do not replace a doctor.

What is the minimum age?

Some methods have an age limit — it is shown on the test card. There are separate tests for children and questionnaires for parents.

Can I retake a test?

Yes. Retaking is useful: your account shows how each scale changes over time.

Not sure what to do with your result?

A sport psychologist will go through your test results and suggest where to start.
