Motivation for success and fear of failure (MUN)

An instrument for assessing positive motivation (hope for success) and negative motivation (fear of failure), primarily in a learning context. Answer each of the questions below with either "yes" or "no". If you find a question hard to answer, remember that "yes" can mean both "definitely yes" and "more yes than no".
