Profile of Mood States (POMS)
What it measures: your mood over the past week (positive and negative emotions) and Total Mood Disturbance (TMD). Instructions: rate how well each word reflects how you have felt over the past week, including today. Scoring (Russian adaptation): the sum of the "Negative emotions" scale (29 items) minus the sum of the "Positive emotions" scale (9 items). The items "Bewildered" and "Furious" are not part of the factor version of the scales. TMD range: −36…116 (the higher the score, the lower the mood).
